We are a non-profit coalition of Los Angeles City residents seeking a Citywide Ordinance that will regulate businesses in low density residential neighborhoods that operate boarding houses, such as sober living facilities, parolee homes and licensed community care facilities, in our communities.  The goal of the ordinance is to maintain the quality of the City’s neighborhoods, while balancing the needs of the disabled.
